Inspiron 3558 Nvida card not found anwhere

Umm well I got my dell Inspiron 35588 laptop a week ago and my laptop is meant to have a nvida GeForce 820m but when I install it it's no where to be found not in my device manager or anwhere I have been checkingg everywhere I installed all required other updates by dell but nothing could u help me? ( it's using Intel 5500)
