Question Inspiron 3656 - is a power supply upgrade possible?

I would like to upgrade my GPU to the Radeon RX 460, it would fit and all that but the issue is my computer's power supply, which is only 180w. I'd like to upgrade my power supply along the lines of what's done in this video

Current GPU: Radeon R6 graphics, integrated

Radeon RX 460: requires 75w / system PSU limitation of 350w

Is your current DELL OEM PSU a standard ATX size power supply, or smaller ?
