Hi guys I have a Dell Inspiron 5379 Islands the unit is not powering on there is no LED light on the power button is pressed and the charger is delivering the power.
I've tested the voltage 19.75 voltage at the mains input ., the charger light is on , the heat sync gets hot .
The led has voltage too ,
Could any recommend trouble shooting as I'm worried I somehow blown the mother board
