Question Inspiron 5555 shows fuzzy login screen after boot

Laptop starts fine.After boot sequence goes to i think login screen but cant see too fuzzy. Then will get clear for moment then fuzz. Only options are on bottom right .. Power Internet and.one other icon. Ran pre boot diag. All okay. Not sure next step. Do I need to restore to factory. Think its win10. Big thank you for any help

did you boot into safe mode?
try updating the gpu driver?
