Inspiron 5675 GPU Upgrade

I have a Dell Inspiron 5675 and am looking to upgrade the GPU from an AMD Radeon RX580 to a Radeon Pro WX5100. I want to use it for 4K video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Is there any reason this wouldn't work? Also, would I need to upgrade the power supply to handle the stronger GPU?

Solution
That card should fit your PCIe x16 slot if you have enough space for the length (173cm or 6.8") which I suspect that it should with an RX580 currently. The WX5100 is a lower power card, using only the PCIe power (so 75W or less) and does not need any external power connectors so your current PSU should be adequate.

edit: you will need to remove the old drivers and use the latest from HERE.
