Inspiron One has multiple screens on boot and when loaded into windows.

Well this one has me a bit perplexed but here goes. I recently installed a new motherboard in an Inspiron one 19a. I got it all back together and turned it on. The dell boot screen came up like it was in 4 different windows. It booted and loaded windows 7 but all the time it was like looking at 4 identical screens.(one in each corner). I flashed the bios hoping this would resolve the problem. It didn't. I'm a bit stumped on this one, not many options in the bios to adjust. Any Ideas?

Yeah I've seen that before on Dell latitudes I've worked with. Had to replace the motherboard again to resolve the issue.
