Question Instability?

after updating my bios I'm having problems
the computer seems stable but it shuts itself off sometimes or the blue screen

My config:
Asrock a320m-hd
R7 2700

Old BIOS: P4.90
New BIOS: P5.00

What to do more?

Where did you install the new BIOS from? Are you sure it's not a BETA BIOS? I'm looking on the A320M-HD BIOS list and I can only see up to 4.9? Link

What blue screen are you encountering?
This never happened at all before the BIOS update?

Ryzen 2700 on an A320 MB ??? There's your first clue. That MB is no good for 8 cores, heck, not even for 4. A B450 motherboard is minimum for 2700.
