Instable fps in game

I not sure is this the right place to post this but i guess u guys will help me out too
I usually play overwatch and csgo
Overwatch low graphic on 75 render
Instable fps (44-66 fps ) the fps keep jumping around

On csgo my fps is 60-90 (instable)

My spec : intel i5 661 @3.33 ghz
Ram: 4 gb ddr3
Gpu : GT730 2gb ddr5
Mobo : P55UD3L

Is there any place i can do on my pc or my nvidia control panel or anywhere

It is normal, not a computer in teh world will hold 60 fps stable you can say that will be above 60 fps but not 60 fps because different scenarios (smoke bomb, a player appears, more players appears, a box is splitted in a million pieces) will generate load on gpu/cpu which means that the fps will drop because more things must be rendered and calculated, in cs:go i have around 250 fps all the time but i got drops to 150 fps due to smoke bombs or different things that appears in my horizont. A variation of 20-30 fps is understandable, if you droped from 90 to 20 or 30 then it was something wrong but in your case is ok. In league of legends i got 300 fps when no one is near me but when 2 or 3 players enter in my screen i got 150-200 fps.
