Question Instagram problem - can't view certain accounts

I have two Instagram accounts and one works fine, but on another there are some accounts I can't view. Instagram gives me the following message: The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.

I can view those accounts fine on my other account.

These are not accounts that have blocked me, these are people I've never interacted with, some are from huge influencers, other random civilians with 200 followers.

I've tried logging onto this problematic account with a private window in Firefox and that didn't help.

I'm using Instagram on my computer, on Firefox, Windows 10. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Account access problems of any sort are a matter between you and the applicable service provider.

In your case that is Instagram.

Contact Instagram.
