instal and upgrading from windows 10 TB to windows 10 final or wait until windows 10 is ready at 29 july ?

im now running windows 8.1

I want to clean instal windows 10 1030 and start customize it and when windows 10 final is ready to just update to it

but many people recommend a clean instal always

so what to wait until 29 july and then clean instal windows 10

or now clean instal windows 10 1030 and in 29 july to update to the final version ??

I'd wait till after 29 july. I plan to stay with Windows 7 till early next year. By then any bugs will be thrashed out.
