Instaled Nvidia GeForce 9800GT, now no sound

Hi

I am not sure what a video card has to do with audio but for some reason my sound is no longer working. Take the card out and sound works fine. it is a new comp and came with integrated 7.1 audio. any comets or suggestions would be most helpful
