Install button is not visible

The install button, on my earth special forces 123 setup is not working and hence I cannot install it

[OS = Windows 10]

this was 13 years ago:

1) Install Steam
2) use steam to download Half-life
( Start steam > Play games menu > Click Half-life )
3) After the download is finished start Half-life once so steam unpacks all the files
4) Run the ESF installer
