Install catalyst control center

My ATI Radeon HD 5670 has been lacking lately and I was wondering how to install catalyst control center to maybe "tweak" it a little. The only "remnants" of catalyst on my computer are a notepad file, I guess I never used it and uninstalled it at some point. Any idea how to install it?

the new AMD drivers tend to remove old traces of files left anyways, To download the latest drivers proceed and download them here -

Either auto-detect system or manually select your GPU+OS

The software is auto-install so all you need to do is agree to the terms and conditions.
