Install cpu cooler without removing motherboard

So, im gonna get a new cpu and also a new cpu cooler, (Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo). I'd like to know if i can install this cpu cooler in the NZXT S340 case without removing motherboard?

Yes there is a cpu cooler cutout , should be no problem.

Appears so to me. The case has access for the cpu backplate.
