Install drivers from CD or from website?

Hello. I bought a GIGABYTE GV-R645-1GI Radeon HD 6450 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Video Card at Newegg. It comes with a driver installation CD. I'm asking this question because my optical drive is dead and there aren't any other ones available to me at the moment.

Is it better to:

1. - Install GPU to motherboard, then install drivers through CD.
2. - Install GPU to motherboard, then download and install drivers.

Always get drivers from AMD's website; drivers on the disc are almost certainly old
