Install Drivers From Disc? (Asus M5A97 R2.0)

Hello, I am wondering if I should install the drivers from the disc or from the website?

I have looked on the website and found the drivers for the Asus M5A97 R2.0 but I am a bit confused as there is a long list, which do I install?

I am using windows 7 64 bit.

Easiest from the website - oft times the drivers on the mobo CD/DVD are already out of date by the time you get it

Okay thanks, but when I select 'Drivers & Tools' and select my OS it brings up a big list, do I install them all?

Is the list of compatible device drivers ?
Or
A list of drivers which need updating ?
Because the drivers on the web site are newer than those installed see device manager for driver details

Items on list may
be for optional hardware you do not have such as updated firmware for drives & hard disks (these are not drivers)

I don't really know how to explain but I can show you a screen shot from the Asus website.
