Ok this may sound rare but my friend had an all in one for about 2 to 4 years and he wants to play with me some normal games, he can only play Gta san andreas in a very low resolution with 40fps minimum settings, and I can play Gta 4 with max settings at max resolution at that fps, so I was wondering if he can install a GPU in that ALL IN ONE, its an HP Touchsmart, I have an nvidia geforce 430 that I was able to run games like gta4 at minimum with 30fps but in max res so it wouldn't be a problem, Is that possible? I have enough experience to dismantle his pc and install it manually

There are 'adapters' (eGPU) to use a regular GPU with a laptop style motherboard, if it has the relevant ports.
But expensive. $500+ once you buy all the parts.

And then you still have the original crappy CPU, which will hamper the fancy GPU.

Better to sell that AIO, and build/buy a regular desktop.
