Installed has been changed to 0

When iesetup.exe is run I get the message

Setup has detected a newer version of internet Explorer already installed on
this system. Setup cannot continue.

How/where do install IE6? Solution MUST not require IE6 already be
installed and functioning. I do have an alternate browser installed..

A force load of IE6 would be great.

Thank you

Fred

Insert your Windows CD, and go to Start-run. Type in "scannow /sfc" (without
the quotes). That should re-install IE from the Windows CD
