Install laptop

I Just bought a laptop.
After the install of vista 64 bit, I don't know what to do.
I'm new with These hardware.

Can anybody help me.
Which drivers do i need to install.
Maybe you can link them?

Are you sure it's a M1340? It's not listed on Dell's web-site.
