install network driver in windows 10

turned on the ASUS laptop and got this "install network driver" this unit does not have a cd drive only usb keys, I have a lenovo still running, how do I download the driver and save on a usb key and open in the ASUS

Go to ASUS website and download the network driver there from your Lenovo and copy the files to your ASUS and install it. The file should be an .exe file for you to run on ASUS

thank you dexxterlab97 a friend asked me to reset the computer to its original programming and it should reinstall the driver, I have and still waiting to finish, meanwhile I copied the zip file to a usb and will open soon as ready.
Thank you again, I should have taken a recovery disc just in case, this time when the issue is fixed I will. Any reviews on the new ASUS TP200SA?

I used one AIO Asus transformer book before. I was really happy with it except for the fact it has only 1 usb port but I think this one should be the same. Don't know which one I bought cause I actually gave it to my mom
