Hi everyone!
yesterday,I upgrade my processor from Athlon 64 x2 5200+ to Phenom x4 9650.first, I cant boot the pc ,just black screen at all, but fan and hdd got spin. after that I google it and find a solution to fix my problem is upgrade my bios version to 3.0K, I done that and my pc can start windows normally. After 15 minute, it pops up BSOD and restart itself. So I already google and all of the thread didn't work!

here what I already done:
replug all the cable
clean the Ram stick with eraser
reseat cpu and reapply some thermal paste

/sfc scannow
chkdsk /f /r
windows update

here my pc specification

Make sure the bios you downloaded is not the most recent one. Meltdown and Spectre patches are causing problems for older setups. If the bios was just made this month roll back to the one right before. Don’t get any from 2018 yet until the issue is fixed. If it isn’t that then it probably does need a reinstall of windows
