So right now my win10 is installed on my harddisk... let's say I buy SSD and then I disconnect my harddisk and only connect SSD on my PC...and then since I have the win 10 disc...do a fresh install on my SSD when boot up...after done, I connect my harddisk back to my PC..Will it cause issues? Does the PC will recognize that Win 10 is installed on SSD and ignore Win 10 on my harddisk automatically?

Solution
What you mean with it will see the old drive? You mean about win 10?
Install a new OS on a new drive. DO that with only that drive connected.

Later, reconnect the old drive. It sill be seen as just another drive letter or two. Whatever OS and applications are on it are just taking up space, and should be deleted.
