Install package failure with ati drivers

When i tired to install my drivers for my new 6850 i got an error message. In the report where it says packages for install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable failed im not sure what to do.

What version are you trying to install ?

What OS are you using ?

Catalyst versions come in different packages and yours had the Microsoft Visual stuff in it that failed but there are drivers only packages available at the AMD site where i guess you got yours [ hotfix ? ]

You could try to get drivers only and see how that install goes but use the installer first to do the Express Uninstall then reboot and try again .


If it doesn't work report back here and we try some other ways .
