Question INSTALL PCI-E CARD WITH FIREWIRE PORT

I want to install a PCI-E card with FIREWIRE ports on my LENOVO IdeaCentre 14ARE05 Desktop.
The motherboard has two slots marked in the image with the letters A and B.

The card I intend to purchase is the one that is available in the Amazon Store.
Can this card be slotted into Slot B of my Desktop?

You can use either slot, so yes put it in slot B if you want.

Edit, just looked at your photo again, slot A would be easier to use as the computer case has a removable plate on that slot. The B slot requires you to break away the plate, which you can do easily enough, but does take a little more effort.
