Install Shield Problems

Helo, i'm new to the forums and i really don't know where to put this but i really need your help i just did a clean install of windows 10, and i wanted to install Blade and Soul and i'm getting an error from install shield called 1670: unable to load module c:/users/Purple~1/appdata/local/temp/ Error code: 32. I really do not know what to do. i tried posting on the games forums but they shut down their forums till 15th, if by any chance somebody knows what to do i would apretiate it,

They suggested deleting all traces of that game first then download and install a fresh copy.

Hey, Thanks for the quick answer but the thing is i don't have anything installed right i just updated the drivers there's no trace of the game on my computer when i try to install the game it opens the installwizard which fails ( http://imgur.com/fYvwO4C ) i hope i can post links here i went trough allot of websites and most of them just say delete the installer and redownload it but that doesn't work am i missing any files from my pc?

Hello, i was in the same position as you just now. I tried to disable my antivirus which was Panda (might be just this AV) and it worked like a charm.

This is helpful. Disabled Panda before launching the BnS_Lite install and everything worked pleasantly.
