Install sound speaker and audio hardwear

after upgrade from window vista to window 7 suddenly my PC sound speaker not working and no sound i try to do something problem still no changing until now,please help me to get the solution.thank.my laptop model DELL INSPRIRON 1420.

Gandalf is correct -- you should check the drivers you have installed. When you go into Device Manager, what do you see under audio devices?
