install switcher in pole position

Actually, you'll be MUCH better off running power in to the big spade lugs
on the PCB that are used for the +5V test points. There's a lot of voltage
drop across a Pole Position boardset and the edge connectors were barely up
for the job when they were new...

I ran power in on the test points on my machine and power it from an old PC
power supply and use a car audio amp for sound. Hasn't failed on me in ~8-9
years.

thanks for reply,sounds good,the 2 reg bds won't be used? where do I get the
audio in for the amp?
