Install the USB port not recognize china mp3

pls help me..... i brought mp3 (ipod maid in china), my problem is, i can't put songs in my mp3 because my mp3 port cannot recognize.. when i troubleshoot the problem, it shows that there are no drivers installed in this device... is there some one can help me how to download or install the device that can fit my mp3 port? pls help me...
