Interestingly enough, there's no webcam driver listed on dell's support page for this model.

This could indicate that there's no need to install anything, because Windows installer or Windows update installs it automatically.

You should check Windows Update, maybe it's listed as a suggested update.

This issue seems to be a hard nut to crack though, google gives a lot of frustrated forum posts from people looking for this webcam driver...

Both links results exactly the same content when extracted from zip, it's supposedly named "Dell Webcam Central", and seems to contain installers from the "Creative" company. The posters say it works, but there's no verification from the original poster.

sakineh, Could you try to download and install that software, and report back if it worked ?
