Install windows 10 before GPU?

Hi i`m building new pc i7 7700k ( i have all other parts) but the GPU(gtx1080) is coming tomorrow. Is it ok to install windows and everything and just install the GPU tomorrow or w8 one more day and install all together. No idea if it will be driver mess if use iGPU, thanks for the help!

Yes you can install Windows first and then install drivers without a problem.

Perfectly fine to install now so you are ready for new gpu tomorrow. Just remember to install gpu drivers tomorrow after installing gpu.

I always build it with the GPU , then install , but you don't need to.

yes you can

but remember that when you install the gtx, you need to remove the intel gpu drivers and if possible, disable it on bios, don't remember if you can on this model or is disabled automatically

the usual tool to remove drivers is ddu

then download the driver form nvidia, don't use the cd that comes with the gpu, it works nice as a coaster but has old drivers that you shuldn't install for the 1080
