install windows 7 disk

is there a windows 7 that i can install more than once on a computer, ..like if installed it on one and then if i build a new one later down the road, put it on another one? if so what's it called?

The OEM version can only be installed on a single motherboard.
The Retail version can only be installed on one motherboard at a time (up to three installs, I believe).
The only way to install Windows 7 on multiple systems at the same time is to purchase two or more licenses. Something like this Windows 7 Home Premium OEM - 3 Pack might be what you need.
