when I first came here someone sent me some links on how to prepare my computer for an install of windows 8 on a SSD. I was shown 2 links. I believe this was one of the links.

Connect your SSD into your system, disconnect all the other hard drives if you have any. Set your SATA Mode in your bios to AHCI, install windows 8 as usual. Its as simple that
