install windows error

i recently took the hard-drive out of my gaming pc sbx ibuypower... i put a new hard drive in it and when i try to clean the disk with diskpart cmd command on the windows install screen, i get this

cmd>diskpart
this version of diskpart...
inwinpc
-
and then i cant type list disks anyone know how to fix this?

Why are you cleaning the disc? it should be blank if its new? You don't need to put partitions on before installing win 10, it will do that itself. Just follow this: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

What are you booting with? Have you got latest version of win 10? If not, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

well its from a laptop but i salvaged the hardrive... and it had windows 7 on it but when i try to use disk partition to clean it it says INWINPC and i cant type list disks and pick the disk and clean it.

MINWINPC is more likely what it says...

Then i tried the following and the problem was solved
at the same window that appeared on hitting shift+f10 at the language selection screen i entered the following commands. (hit enter between each command)
>bootrec.exe/FixMbr
>bootrec.exe/FixBoot
>bootrec.exe/ScanOs
>bootrec.exe/RebuildBcd
