install windows from a dvd

my windows cannot start.and i want to install windows from bootable windows dvd. but when i on the system and press f11 it goes to windows recovery and show windows cant be repaired. which key i should press to go to bios

It should show you which key to press to get into the bios (or windows setup). It varies depending on the computer. Some common keys are the delete key, F2, F10, F12, ESC.

but it is not showing...when i am inserting the dvd it is not reading anythng...but if i am inserting the dvd in other computer it is reading it.

When your computer first boots, it should ask you to press a key. What computer is it?

If it came with Win8, it might not show this message. You'll need to get there through the advanced startup menu.

The most common key i've seen is the delete key. If you don't see the option during boot up, just keep tapping the delete key, and see if that's the key, if not, try a few of the others I mentioned above.
