Question Install Windows/Softwares on a newly added SSD hard drive

I replaced my Laptop "DVD Writer" with an SSD hard drive. Now I want to install Windows and my software on the SSD hard drive. Is this possible? Wouldn't that be a problem?

Yes you can indeed install Windows onto this ssd.

Are you looking to transfer the current OS (on a hdd presumably) to the SSD or are you looking to install fresh?
