Hi:Basically There is no mshtml.hlp file - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/q190250
Try deleting IE's cache from Tools, Internet Options, click the Delete
Files button under Temporary Internet Files.
Go back to the site where you were saving the 'pics' from and try right
clicking them and choose 'Save Image As'.

Also if do you have your original Installation disk? If you do insert
it go to start then click on run, in the box that appears
type sfc /scannow. Let it run, and see what it fixes. If you
don't have the WIN XP CD post back.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products
