Win 10 likely has drivers for GPU (although they aren't the newest) but it might help to check motherboard website as often motherboard makers will only give them 1 pack of drivers for the board and it won't include the latest.
Right now you are basically using Windows drivers. They are generic and not specifically designed for your hardware. To get the optimal performance from your PC you should install the motherboard and GPU drivers.
If you are happy with the performance and everything is working fine then leave it alone. They are not all just generic drivers windows knows what drivers go with your hardware because they are supplied by the manufacturers of said drivers
