installation discs will not work/spin after computer reset

Hi after win 10 crashed had to get computer reset but installation discs for printer will not spin
also mouse/keyboard will not work via usb ports using manual ports and option to reinstate win 7 no longer avaible I am using a hp compaq 7700 small form computer help please thank you in advance

You mean bios was reset, go in and change settings back, enabling usb, dvd etc

Your bios is hard to give step by step as they are different on most machines, might be better to let someone local to make the bios settings
