Please Help!! Windows 2000 prof setup fails after the first reboot saying that my c: is corrupt and cannot contiune. What do I do?

Fdisk and try again.

Also if FDISK does not work then use the following command.

C:\fdisk MBR

Your MBR (Master Boot Record) might be corrupt from a previous OS.
