I've already built my PC:
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
MoBo: ROG x470-f
Ram: 8gb×2 Ballistix sport 2400
GPU: Nitro + RX580 8gb
The only problem is installing Windows. I've already installed Windows previously on this system. I'm not sure why but it doesn't want to boot properly. I don't have a Windows key but you don't need it. I have my external hard drive with Windows installer downloaded, and hooked on. but whenever it would normally pop up with download Windows or whatever, it simply puts a blue screen with nothing but my cursor. It has happened to me before but somehow I was lucky enough to get out of it. How did I do it, and how do I fix this?
