Installation of GTX 980 into NZXT H440

I was wondering how easy it is to install a Galax GTX 980 HoF V2 in a NZXT H440 chassis, since the drive bays can be removed and not the HDD cage, so you would have to have the card inside that space before you can insert it and I'm wondering whether it would be possible to do so.

I've read people with similar setups, but I am not sure about the width of the card.

They are trays not cages for the HDDs in the H440. All that will need to be removed is one tray from the case in order to fit that GPU in the H440. You will not have an issue at all with it fitting into the case.

Was a bit odd to fit but not as tough as I thought it would be 😛 Did require me to have the card flat inside the HDD area before twisting it into place above the slot, cables did make it a bit odd but other than that smooth sailing
