Installation problem in ISO image

I have downloaded a program which was RAR compressed. After extracting contents of RAR I have converted the files into ISO images using AnytoIso app(or just created a mounable image of exracted files). Now when I install from files freshly extracted it installs perfectly but when I try to install from mounted image it shows that "setup can't be located. Please find it in another disk/location" even though the files were 100% undamaged. Why it could install from extracted files but not from ISO image? Please help me as I cant download the whole setup again.
