Are you attempting to reinstall Windows or just an application when you get this?

We need more information in regards to the error and when it's occurring.

An application, named DayZ Commander. Deinstalled it this morning but now I can't install it anymore...

Is it on a cd/dvd or are you downloading it. If on a cd/dvd is it scratched?

No just a downloaded .msi installation file.

Re-download it and try again. If that doesn't work contact the developer support.
