Installation stuck need help

OK so I sent my PC back to where I bought it so they can update it to windows 10 but when they sent it back it was stuck on the 64% bootloop so I carried I back and they told me to use another PC and use MediaCreationTool to make the install thing on a flash drive so I did that but now it stuck at Getting files ready for installation (29%). I searched online about it and saw people saying that it'll do that and to leave it for an hour or two or three but I left mine overnight and nothing happened.. What do I do?

flash drive as in a usb stick? plug it into a different port may solve this?

Ok you can do one thing. Go to system restore, restore your pc to a working state before you gave your laptop for update. Then after recovery, try to reinstall using that usb flash drive stick.
