Installation time too long

Hi all, I downloaded the Windows 10 Technical Preview build 10041 yesterday and have just started the installation today. It's been already two and a half hours and I'm currently at 23% overall completion. The setting up process is at 78% and I'm getting impatient. Is this how long it usually takes? Should I restart my PC?

If I interpret your description of what part of setup you are stuck at correctly, you may be encountering an error with the storage medium. Your disk could be partitioned incorrectly, or encountering an error when partitioning or formatting. You could need to load storage drivers to communicate properly with the storage controller.

It took me about 30 mins in total to install from dvd to ssd.
