Installed 2nd internal hard drive, GPU randomly doesn't work as strong

I have a GTX 770 OC. Recently I installed a 2nd internal hard drive, about 2-3 days ago. WD Green for back up storage. Everything worked fine until I started to play my steam games and League of LEgends. For some reason my FPS is completely shot. Half to 1/6th of what it originally was before I installed my new hard drive. I don't understand the connection between the two whatsoever. My games all aren't as smooth as before.

Drive is securely installed with a power connector and sata cable. My GPU is fit in snuggly. This morning I took it out and thought maybe there was too much dust on the GPU fans. After cleaning it, It's still working like a 5th generation GPU atm. I honestly have no clue what's wrong. My only inclination is that when I was putting my WD Green hard drive in there it hit the top part of my GPU. Does hitting the top of it permanently screw up the performance of a GPU? How fragile is it?

My only course of action after this is to restart my whole computer. Put everything on my backup storage drive and install everything, and see if something just coincidentally went wrong.

Edit: To add on to this I also updated my GPU's drivers.

What type of power supply do you have? Have you tried anything else besides League?

Pro750w, I play Tomb Raider, Outlast, The Last Remnant and Mass Effect 2 on max. Before my FPS was fine. Now everything is lagging way too much on steam and on League.

Have you tried removing that 2nd internal drive to see if anything changed?

I removed it and put it back in( Sata cable got wrecked in the process).
I realized the problem. My computer isn't recognizing my graphics card anymore. In DXIAG its telling me I have a Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600.

I have a GTX 770 OC. It read it fine before I installed the 2nd hard drive. I'm guessing I crooked it out of position when I was putting it in. I just recently unmounted my GTX 770, unscrewed, took it out and put it back in. DXIAG is still telling me that I have a HD Graphics 4600. When I go to opening my NVDIA Control Panel its telling me the display settings are not available.

How do I correct this situation?

Other than making sure your 770 is fully seated in the PCI-E slot, you also want to make sure that you haven't forgotten the power cables for the card. Do the fans on your 770 spin when the system is on?

If all of this checks out, go into your BIOS and look for a setting that is along the lines of "Default VGA Adapter" and see if the 770 is showing up as an option, or if you can select it.

Also, where is your monitor plugged into right now?

I had the HDMI cable plugged into my motherboard. When I switched it to my GTX 770 my computer instantly recognized my GPU. Thanks!
