Question Installed 32Gb ram, now bootloop

Specs are i7700k
Ga-z270 gaming 5
1080 ti
previously 8gb 4x2

I just now bought used 32 GB 2x16 Dominator Platinum DDR4 2666 mhz

First bootup attempt made the computer go into a bootloop, i tried different ram slots this time 2 and 4, but still red light(first bottom right, than all over the board) I switch back my previous ram and its now still not booting, but allowing me into BIOS, I don’t know what to do, im incredibly frustrated, are they not compatible, and if so why does my computer not work after putting my previous ram in Please help!

Tried the new ram again and it doesnt go into bios it just restarts, also when i had the old memory in the computer i noticed it shows the cpu had 0 voltage “ cpu vaxg 0v “

The old ram only launches into bios when one stick is in, and it still shows “ CPU VAXG 0.000 V but rest recieving it
