Question installed 4 new ram sticks but the computer won't start, beeps twice and shuts down and repeats the same thing..

3. EVGA SC GAMING GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6 GB Video Card
4. EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G3 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
5. NZXT S340 ATX Mid Tower Case(similar)
6. Samsung 860 Evo 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Hi i tried to install 4 new Vengeance LPX ddr4 4x16gb 64gb 3200MHz
memory sticks into the computer.
the computer would not start up but beep twice and attempt to boot up and then shut down and then repeat the same process again. i had to shut it down and put back the 2 old ram sticks which works fine.
if anyone can help with this , thank you.

one note: my old memory was corsair dominator with the same specs except the 2666MHz being different.

Put in the old sticks and boot up to BIOS. Reset default settings. Power down and remove old, put in new. Try to boot without XMP or CPU OC first and then go in and try to enable.

16GB sticks is dual rank and 4 dual rank sticks is a hard job for Zen+.

What's the exact part number and version number of the new RAM?
