Alright so I had some heat issues with my cpu and I decided to buy a new cooler. I ended up buying the noctua nh-u9b.
After taking out my motherboard and installing the new cooler, I wired all the cables back and everything in the chassis seemed to work fine. All fans including the new cooler and gpu fans were spinning like they should.
However after plugging my monitor in and starting my pc my monitor didnt get a signal saying "dvi no signal"
Also i noticed that my mouse and keyboard weren't getting power from the motherboard usb's.
Any help or solutions?

Compatible CPU socket models are:
Intel Socket LGA775, AMD AM2/AM2+/AM3, Intel LGA1156/LGA1366 on request.

Wondering how you installed the LGA backplate and the sticky 4 self-adhesive washers since LGA1150 is not listed as supported. The nh-u9b is listed as a discontinued model.

I took off the x shaped rubber inlay and placed the bolts in the middle hole which is listed as the hole for a LGA1156. Not sure what you mean with the sticky washers
