Installed a new GPU (1080 ti) won't let me go online for any of my games

Today I bought a new evga 1080 ti before I installed the graphics card I played on a few games to see how much FPS i would get and compare it to the ti so i get finished installing the ti turn on my pc and go on csgo to check my fps but it wont let me go online it only lets me connect offline and my internet is on because I can go on google and watch youtube videos and watch twitch but as soon as I try to play online on any of my games it says unable to connect and I'm only able to play offline i've restarted my router my pc and it still wont fix it I can only play games in offline but my internet is on and running so I don't get what happened my internet says i'm online i can do everything that i can usually do except for play games online please help

Seems like you can't access the games servers. It might just be CSGO's servers.
